What reels house is

reels house turns the photos and facts of a property listing into a short narrated video, a reel, that you can post on social media. You bring the listing; the service writes a script, records a synthetic voice, adds music and camera movement, and renders the file.

Your account

You need an account to make reels. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is made under it. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use the service.

What you bring

You keep every right to the photos, facts, names and other material you add. You give us only the permission needed to make your reels: to store the material, show it back to you, and send the parts the service needs to the providers that make the voice, music and camera movement. You confirm you are allowed to use what you add, including listing photographs, which often belong to the photographer or the brokerage.

What you get

The reels made from your material are yours to use, post and share for any lawful purpose. The scripts are generated from the facts you give and a house style guide; read every line before you post. You are responsible for the accuracy of what a reel says about a property and for following the advertising rules that apply to you, including Fair Housing law and your brokerage's rules.

Rules

• Do not add material you have no right to use, or that shows people who have not agreed to appear.
• Do not use the service to mislead buyers, renters or anyone else about a property or its availability.
• Do not use the service to make content that is unlawful, discriminatory or harassing.
• Do not try to break into the service, scrape it, resell it or overload it.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Paying for it

Some plans cost money. Prices are shown on the pricing section before you pay. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Prices can change; we tell you before a change applies to you.

The services behind it

reels house relies on other companies for the voice, the music, the camera movement and the script. Their availability, quality and prices are outside our control, and a reel can occasionally fail or come out differently from what you expect. We do our best to warn you before a step costs you anything.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any amount above what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time. We can end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, or wind the service down altogether; in that case we give reasonable notice and a way to download your reels.

Changes and contact
