Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: email address, name, and the password you choose, stored as a one-way hash. Optionally your brokerage, phone number and social handle, which you add so they can appear on your reels.
• Your listings: the addresses, facts, descriptions and photos you add or import from a listing page you point us to.
• What the service makes: scripts, voice recordings, music, video clips and finished reels, plus logs of each step so problems can be found.
• Reels you study: when you paste a link to a public social video, we download it, split it into shots and transcribe its audio so it can be analysed.
• Technical records: sign-in sessions, the time of requests, and errors. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To make your reels and show them back to you, to keep your account secure, to fix problems, and to tell you about changes to the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use your listings or photos to train models.

Where it goes

Making a reel means sending parts of your listing to the companies that do each step. Each receives only what its step needs:

• DeepSeek receives the listing facts and photos to label the rooms and write the script, and the frames and transcript of a reel you study.
• ElevenLabs receives the script to record the voice.
• fal.ai receives photos to make the camera movement, the music prompt to make music, and the audio of a studied reel to transcribe it.

Each of these keeps what it receives under its own policy. Finished reels, photos and recordings are stored on servers run for reels house in [HOSTING REGION].

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It holds a signed session id and nothing else, lasts 30 days, and goes when you sign out. There are no third-party cookies.

How long we keep it

Your listings and reels stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a listing removes its photos and reels. Logs are kept for [LOG RETENTION] and then removed.

Your choices

You can see and change your account details on the account page, download any reel, and delete listings, studies and styles yourself. To close your account and remove everything in it, or to ask for a copy of your data, write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. If you are in a place with data-protection rights such as the EU, the UK or California, those rights apply and the same address is where to use them.

Children

The service is for working adults and is not aimed at anyone under 18.
